Sample Rental Agreement:

This agreement is between ____________ (client) and Global Interactive Solutions, LLC (GIS) in Atlanta. GIS hereby rents customer for the period of 3 weeks a Polycom Viewstation VSX 7000d for the purpose of evaluating its usefulness for client’s videoconferencing efforts. In consideration of this client will pay GIS a rental fee of $499.00 which is non-refundable but can be applied towards the purchase of such videoconferencing unit from Global Interactive Solutions. Client further will pay for shipping/insurance for delivery and return of the equipment. Client further agrees to give GIS first consideration when purchasing videoconferencing equipment in the next 3 months.

Client is to return the unit within one week after the end of the rental period. Should the client fail to return the videoconferencing equipment, then client will be charged the current retail value of the videoconferen-cing system which is deemed to be the current web price at the time of the rental agreement which is _____ To secure the equipment client is providing the following credit card # ________________ with an Expiration Date of __/__ and 3 digit card code of ____. We will authorize the card for the retail value of the Viewstation but won’t charge the client for any amounts exceeding the agreed upon rental fee unless client fails to return the unit.
