Regardless of call rates, audio and video algorithms supported etc. We take the work out of arranging and handle all the work for you. Just turn you videoconferencing system on and our experienced conference producers will do the rest. We not only use state of the art hardware, we also strive to save you time and money over other providers!
26 Available Screen Layout Options including Picture-in-Picture (PIP)
A customer can choose from multiple screen layouts for his conference. The layout can remain fixed for the duration of the call or can change according to the number of participants. Commonly referred to as continuous presence, this allows for all sites to see each other. The alternative is voice-activated switching. That mode is recommended in very interactive meetings. All conference participants will always see the current speaker full screen. We can dynamically change screen layouts on the fly and even assign a particular quadrant to any site and give that site a custom name. Layouts can also be changed by the participants themselves directly from their videoconferencing endpoints.
Site Display Names & Active Site Speaker Highlighting
Immediately identify each video stream by its site name - video text overlay allows you to identify who you are speaking with. We can name each site to your liking allowing you to quickly identify each location. Optionally the quadrant with the active speaker can be highlighted so that you can immediately visually connect the audio with the speaking site. Contrary to our competitors we do not charge extra for this service. We want you to have the best video experience.
Bridging of Videoconferences via Dial-In or Dial-Out to Participants
The most convenient conference initiation option is the dial-out to all participants. All you have to do is to turn on your videoconferencing system and a conference producer will dial-out to each of your locations at the designated set-up time and bridge them in a point-to-point or multi-point call over IP or ISDN or a mixture of both. We can also add Audio only participants as needed.
Transcoding and Rate Matching
Transcoding allows videoconferencing systems with different speeds or bit rates (speed matching), resolution rates, frame rates and audio and video compression schemes (algorithms i.e. H.263, H.264) to conference together without requiring all systems to drop to the lowest common denominator, and lets all systems perform at their peak capability without compromising quality.
Multi-Point Data Collaboration - H.239 Data Sharing
Share PowerPoint, Excel, Word, a Webbrowser or any other computer generated date in real time without loosing sight of the remote parties with full duplex audio at all times. H.239 has become the standard for data collaboration in a videoconference environment - however, we extend it to desktop and streaming participants, allowing them to see the shared data as well.
Dedicated Conference Producer
Allow us to give your meeting the special touch. When this option is selected a Conference Producer is assigned and dedicated to the individual conference to manage the call set-up, monitor the bridge activity and provide assistance during the conference (presentation assistance included). With the In-call monitoring option the Conference Producer remains on the live call to monitor audio and video quality. Any problems and/or special requests are addressed in real-time. Alternatively you can choose our standard standby monitoring option where the Conference Producer exits the live conference and monitors bridge diagnostics only.
Audio-only Add-On
Phone Only participants can be part of the audio portion of a videoconferencing call. Alternatively they can watch the event via live audio + video stream or participant via our freely download-able, software only, videoconferencing client which includes NAT/Firewall transversal. We can dial out to participants or provide them with a toll or toll-free dial in number. Conference Security is assured via conference ID’s and Pin Codes.
Conference Recording as well as Live and On-Demand Video Streaming
At your option we can record your conference and make it available live or on-demand via video streaming. We record audio, video and data and make it available via Flash, Windows MediaPlayer, Realplayer or Apple QuickTime either live or on-demand. We can also make the files available for downloading so that you can post them to your website or for post production.
AES Encryption
Choose AES H.235 Encryption for your conference and we will encrypt your videoconferencing event to provide you with the highest available level of security. In addition we use several security layers for our conferences such as conference ID’s, attendant PIN’s and moderator PIN numbers. You can lock your conferences once all participants have joined to assure that nobody else can enter. A secure web access control panel allows you to see who is connected at all times and manage your conference yourself to assure privacy and confidentiality.
Endpoint Direct Connect
We offer a self-service videoconference launch service that directly connects two sites without the need for a video bridge. We can also remotely launch your endpoints to establish a call to one or more units over 1P or ISDN. If a technical issue arises, a Conference Producer troubleshoots the situation and, as a last resort, launches the meeting on an MCU as a bridged video conference. End-users walk into the room and the call is connected like a multipoint conference without needing on-site support to launch the call.
Enhanced Video Helpdesk
Our experienced team of videoconferencing experts provide post-conference technical support in the identification and resolution of issues affecting videoconference quality. We will interact directly with customer technical contacts. We keep you apprised of the problem resolution status. Our expertise covers the entire videoconferencing environment – including operating systems, endpoint hardware and software, MCUs, gatekeepers, gateways, networks (ISDN & IP), conferencing-related software and peripheral devices and end user operational issues. Video Training and Adoption support is also available as a value-added service.
Equipment Monitoring Service
We can continuously monitor the devices that support your videoconferencing environment, sending immediate notification via e-mail to the list of contacts you specify if there is a system outage, network failure or other critical event. Proactive monitoring lets us troubleshoot system problems before they impact your videoconferences.
IP to ISDN Gateway (H.320 / H.323)
Eliminate the need to pay more for an ISDN based video conferencing unit and to install dedicated ISDN lines and pay expensive ongoing monthly charges just to have the ISDN lines available. Use our IP to ISDN gateway which allows an IP based videoconferencing system (H.323) to call an ISDN based system (H.320) and vice versa. We can even assign a Direct Inward Bound Dialing Number (DID) so that calls to your IP systems from any ISDN system are directly connected to your endpoint. Alternatively they are presented with a voice prompt and they can enter an extension number or conference ID to connect to your system or conference. Your IP based video system can be ready to dial out of our gateway in minutes - just give us a call and well get you set up immediately.
