Intelligent Terminal Adapter - required to operate any Polycom Soundstation on a digital phone system manufactured by - Northern Telekom Telephone Systems (Northstar and Meridian) - AT&T (now called Avaya) - Siemens Rolm Phone Systems Connect analog speakerphones to digital PBXs. Use with Nortel, Lucent (AT&T) and Siemens Rolm phone systems. These direct wall-jack interface products require no switch settings or programming and even provide incoming analog ring signals. Dwint is Factory configurable for 'a or µ law'. Maintains normal voice telephone operation when the modem or fax is on-hook. NORTEL Meridian, Meridian1 (option 11 to 81), SL-1, or SL-100, and Norstar systems are supported [not compatible with MBS (Centrex) phone sets]. Power: 18v AC adapter.
