The Lumens DC210 visual presenter provides a midrange price point and portable form factor, as well as XGA resolution, to allow K-12 teachers make the most of classroom instruction time. Featuring the signature goose neck design of the Lumens’ Ladybug series, the DC210 mounts a camera head and two lamps on independent flexible arms for ultimate usability. Teachers can show objects at any angle with even lighting, and can capture clear pictures free from annoying burn spots or glare. An enhanced viewing area allows for full-page display of a document or a dual-page display of an open book.

Even books with smaller fonts (six to eight point type) can still be viewed clearly on a screen. Flexible, Easy to Use - The Ladybug 210 allows educators to focus on the needs of students and the content of lessons rather than on operating equipment. The flexible gooseneck allows the teacher to easily show objects at different angles. With built-in memory, teachers can also capture pictures to create a slide show with just the press of a button. The Lumens FastSlide™ technology loads slides quickly to reduce wasted time. Using the credit card-sized remote control, teachers can easily control the most often used functions (such as auto tune, auto focus, image capture and slide show) from wherever they are standing. In this more natural environment, teachers can focus on students and on keeping the presentation of materials interesting and informative to capture the students' attention.
Stay Connected - With a VGA passthrough plus a VGA output, the DC210 can be connected to both an external monitor and a projector simultaneously. An analog output for television and a USB 2.0 connect for PCs, Macs and interactive whiteboards further extend the connection options. The DC210 also offers an automatic wipe clean option, which allows users to choose to automatically erase internal memory after each use. For schools that share equipment, this insures a clean start for each user.
